• In a large pot, combine the ground meat, soaked Himalayan Chef chana dal, finely chopped onion, garlic paste, ginger paste, and Himalayan Chef Shami Kabab Masala.
• Add enough water to cover the mixture and cook over medium heat until the dal is soft and the water has evaporated.
• Let the mixture cool slightly, then transfer to a food processor and blend until smooth.
