Cancellation Policy

At WBM, customer satisfaction is our priority. We understand that sometimes you may need to cancel an order. Please review our cancellation policy below carefully.

Order Cancellation

  • Orders can be canceled within 2 hours of placing the order.
  • To request a cancellation, please contact our customer support team immediately via:

    • Email
    • Customer Support Helpline

Orders Already Processed or Shipped

  • Once an order has been processed, packed, or shipped from our warehouse, it cannot be canceled.
  • In such cases, customers may follow our Return & Refund Policy after receiving the order.

Cash on Delivery (COD) Orders

  • Customers placing Cash on Delivery orders are requested to confirm availability before dispatch.
  • Repeated fake or refused COD orders may result in account restrictions or future prepaid-only orders.

Refund for Prepaid Orders

  • If a prepaid order is canceled successfully before shipment, the refund will be processed within:
    • 5–10 business days for bank transfers/cards
    • Instant to 3 business days for wallet refunds (if applicable)

Damaged or Incorrect Orders

If you receive:

  • Wrong item
  • Missing item
  • Damaged product

Please contact us within 24 hours of delivery with order details and product images/videos for quick resolution.
