30-Day Return Policy
Customers may request a return within 30 days from the date of delivery. Any request submitted beyond this period may not be accepted.
Return Eligibility Conditions
To qualify for a return, the following conditions must be met:

- All original packaging, accessories, manuals, and labels must be included
- A valid invoice or proof of purchase must be provided
- An unboxing video must be required for verification in any case

Non-Returnable Cases
Returns will not be accepted under the following circumstances:
- The product has been used, altered, or tampered with
- Original packaging, accessories, or labels are missing
- The return request is made after the allowed return period
- The item is a consumable product that has been opened
- Damage caused by improper use or handling
Defective or Damaged Products
WBM Mart Pakistan maintains strict quality control standards. However, in the rare case that you receive a defective or damaged product, you must notify us within 24 hours of delivery.

Return & Inspection Process
- Once your request is approved, you will be guided through the return process
- The product must be securely packed and sent to our designated return address
- Upon receiving the item, our team will conduct a thorough inspection

Resolution Options
After inspection and approval, one of the following actions will be taken:

- For prepaid orders, refunds will be issued to the original payment method or via bank transfer
- For Cash on Delivery (COD) orders, refunds will be processed via bank transfer or mobile wallet
Return Shipping Policy
- If the return is due to WBM Mart’s error (defective, damaged, or incorrect item), shipping costs will be covered by us
- For all other cases (e.g., change of mind), return shipping charges will be borne by the customer
