GARLIC PARMESAN SPAGHETTI WITH OLIVE OIL

  • Cook spaghetti according to package instructions until al dente.
  • While the pasta is cooking, heat the olive oil in a large pan over medium heat.
  • Add minced garlic to the pan and sauté until fragrant and golden brown.
  • Once the pasta is cooked, reserve about 1/2 cup of pasta water and then drain the pasta.
  • Add the drained pasta to the pan with the garlic and olive oil and toss to coat.
