Himalayan Chef Black Forest Honey is made from a blend of wildflowers and other nectar sources found in the Forest Region of the Himalayas. The region is known for its diverse flora, which includes a wide range of wildflowers and other plants. This results in honey with a unique flavor profile that cannot be found anywhere else in the world. This results in a honey that is rich, complex, and full-bodied, with a flavor that is truly one-of-a-kind. Unlike other types of honey which are often light in color, Black Forest Honey is a deep, rich brown color, making it easily distinguishable from other types of honey. HONEY GLAZED GRILLED CHICKEN!
- In a small bowl, whisk together the Himalayan Chef Black Forest Honey, soy sauce, garlic, lemon juice, olive oil, salt, and pepper.
- Place the chicken breasts in a large, resealable plastic bag and pour the marinade over the chicken, making sure to evenly coat each piece.
- Seal the bag and refrigerate for at least 30 minutes or up to 4 hours.
- Preheat your grill to medium-high heat.
- Remove the chicken from the marinade and discard any remaining marinade.
- Place the chicken on the grill and cook for 6-7 minutes on each side, or until the internal temperature reaches 165°F.
- During the last minute of cooking, brush the remaining marinade onto the chicken to create a sticky glaze.
- Serve the grilled chicken hot, garnished with fresh herbs or lemon wedges, if desired.
