Put the Himalayan Chef Desi Ghee in the pan and set it on low heat to properly melt it.
Add split cardamom pods and cook for 2-3 minutes.Add soji and simmer for 8 to 10 minutes on medium heat. Also stirring continuously to prevent burning.Cook for 2–3 minutes after adding the sugar.Add the water, then cook for 8–10 minutes, or until desired thickness is achieved.Garnish with Himalayan Chef Almond Slice and serve hot.
