These small white chana are delicious. I soak them overnight, simmer them for about 45 minutes, and roast them in the oven with some canola or olive oil. Then I put them in a bowl, shake some salt on them and eat them as a snack. They are delicious. These beans have a nice flavor and will be delicious however you choose to use them.

This is a nice product. We use them to make all kinds of dishes and hummus. Using the pressure pot or baking although it’s getting hot lately! Not great to bake in the summer.
