These white chana (chickpeas) are delicious. I soak them overnight, simmer them for about 45 minutes, and roast them in the oven with some canola or olive oil. Then I put them in a bowl, shake some salt on them and eat them as a snack. They are delicious. These beans have a nice flavor and will be delicious however you choose to use them.

If you cook your food properly you won’t get food poisoning, also I haven’t gotten food poisoning since I have been vegan because there is no cross-contamination. No “stomach flu” or food poisoning. Anyway, the product was fine, as chickpeas usually are, and an EXCELLENT price for the quality & quantity.
