MAKE DELICIOUS SHAMI KABAB!


    • Cook meat in a pan with lentils, onions, ginger, garlic, and Himalayan Chef Shami Kabab Masala in 8-10 glasses of water. 
    • Bring to a boil. Cover the pot and simmer it until the meat is tender and the water has diminished.
    • When finished, there should be 2 cups of liquid left in the pot.
