• Marinate the meat for 10 to 15 minutes in a mixture of Himalayan Chef Garlic-Ginger Powder, 2 tsp lemon juice, and 1 packet of Himalayan Chef Shahi Nehari Masala.
• In a pressure cooker, heat the oil, add the marinated meat, cover the lid, and pressure cook until the meat is tender.
• Then cook without the lid until the oil and gravy separate.
• Now add 5-6 cups of water to the gravy and gently stir in the maida until it dissolves. Bring to a boil.
• Garnish the Shahi Nehari with Himalayan Chef Fried Onions, coriander leaves, and garlic.
• Serve it with chapatti.
