    Great product for an affordable price. I recently tried this basmati rice and I'm so glad I did! The flavor is amazing and it doesn't clump together like some other rices I've tried. It cooks evenly every time, whether on the stove top or in a pressure cooker. The texture is just perfect - fluffy and light.     LOVE, LOVE, LOVE THIS RICE! I absolutely love this rice! It has a really great flavor and since it's parboiled, it cooks much faster than regular Basmati. The texture is also really nice, with each grain being fluffy yet firm. It's also really easy to prepare - all I have to do is measure out the right amount and add water. I've been using this rice for my meals lately and it's been a great addition. Highly recommended!

  2. Marinate 500g of meat or sauté vegetables with yogurt and Biryani masala (red chili powder, garam masala, turmeric powder, cumin powder, and coriander powder) for 30 minutes.
  3. In a large pot, sauté whole spices (cinnamon, cloves, cardamoms, bay leaves, black cardamom, and cumin seeds) and thinly sliced onions until caramelized.
  4. Add soaked rice to the pot and mix with onions and spices.
  5. Layer marinated meat or sautéed vegetables on top of the rice.
  6. Add chopped tomatoes, remaining Biryani masala, and salt. Mix well.
  7. Add water and bring it to a boil, then cover and cook on low heat for 20-25 minutes. Serve hot with a raita or preferred side dish.
