    "The best longest basmati rice ever I have been using this basmati rice for a while now and it is absolutely fantastic! The grains come out perfect every time, extra long and separate, as promised. It's definitely the best basmati rice I've ever bought. The only downside is that it's a bit pricey. Soak the 1121 Kainat Parboiled Rice in water for around 15-30 minutes before cooking and cook it for 8 minutes to get the best results. When cooking, use the right ratio of rice to water, typically 1:2.

BIRYANI RECIPE WITH KAINAT PARBOILED (SELLA) BASMATI RICE


  1. Wash and soak 2 cups of Kainat Parboiled Basmati Rice in water for 30 minutes.
  2. Marinate 500g of meat or sauté vegetables with yogurt and Biryani masala (red chili powder, garam masala, turmeric powder, cumin powder, and coriander powder) for 30 minutes.
  3. In a large pot, sauté whole spices (cinnamon, cloves, cardamoms, bay leaves, black cardamom, and cumin seeds) and thinly sliced onions until caramelized.
  4. Add soaked rice to the pot and mix with onions and spices.
  5. Layer marinated meat or sautéed vegetables on top of the rice.
  6. Add chopped tomatoes, remaining Biryani masala, and salt. Mix well.
  7. Add water and bring it to a boil, then cover and cook on low heat for 20-25 minutes. Serve hot with a raita or preferred side dish.
