    Never tasted rice so good! I recently tried several different brands of Basmati rice, but none of them compare to this one. It has a great texture - light and fluffy - and an amazing flavor that I've never experienced before. Not only does it taste great, but it's also organic! This is definitely the best Basmati rice I've ever had. Highly recommend!

    Best basmati rice I ever had. I recently tried this basmati rice and it exceeded all my expectations. I have been a fan of basmati for many years and this was by far the best I've had. The flavor was outstanding, the kernels were distinct and there was no stickiness. I highly recommend trying it with a bit of saffron - it adds so much extra flavor and makes the dish truly special. This is now my go-to brand of basmati rice!

    Amazing Rice I am so impressed with this rice! I never cared for rice before but this has changed my opinion completely. Cooking Basmati Rice to perfection requires some essential kitchen tips. It is crucial to rinse the rice thoroughly under cold water until the water runs clear. This step helps remove excess starch and prevents the rice from becoming too sticky. Soak the 1121 Kainat Parboiled Rice in water for around 15-30 minutes before cooking and cook it for 8 minutes to get the best results. When cooking, use the right ratio of rice to water, typically 1:2.

  1. Wash and soak 2 cups of Kainat Parboiled Basmati Rice in water for 30 minutes.
  2. Marinate 500g of meat or sauté vegetables with yogurt and Biryani masala (red chili powder, garam masala, turmeric powder, cumin powder, and coriander powder) for 30 minutes.
  3. In a large pot, sauté whole spices (cinnamon, cloves, cardamoms, bay leaves, black cardamom, and cumin seeds) and thinly sliced onions until caramelized.
  4. Add soaked rice to the pot and mix with onions and spices.
  5. Layer marinated meat or sautéed vegetables on top of the rice.
  6. Add chopped tomatoes, remaining Biryani masala, and salt. Mix well.
  7. Add water and bring it to a boil, then cover and cook on low heat for 20-25 minutes. Serve hot with a raita or preferred side dish.
