  • In a food processor, pulse the almonds until they are coarsely ground.
  • Add the chopped dates, oats, peanut butter, vanilla extract, cinnamon, and salt to the food processor and pulse until the mixture comes together and forms a sticky dough.
  • If the mixture is too dry, add 1-2 tablespoons of water and pulse until the dough forms.
