MAKE IT QUICKLY WHEN YOU ARE HUNGRY


  • Wash ½ Cup Dal Moong & ½ Cup Rice. Soak rice for 20-30 minutes. 
  • Heat 2 tablespoons of oil and fry cumin, cloves, and bay leave for 1 minute.
  • Then add spices, mix well, and cook for 1 more minute.
  • Add onion, tomato, & garlic and fry until they become golden.
  • Add Dal Moong and fry for 4-5 minutes.Add rice and 4 cups of water. Cover the lid and cook until the rice & dal moong become mushy.
  • Pour in a bowl, garnish with green coriander leave, and serve hot.
