STEP BY STEP CORN SALAD RECIPE
Whisk together olive oil, red wine vinegar, lemon juice, honey, minced garlic, salt, and pepper. Refrigerate.
- Boil corn for 3 mins (or 2 mins for a crisp texture), then cool in ice water. Drain.
- Cut corn kernels and add to a bowl with tomatoes, cucumber, red onion, feta, parsley, and basil.
- Whisk dressing and pour over the salad. Toss well, season with salt, and serve immediately. Enjoy!
