The Daily Value% of a nutrient in a serving of food reflects how much it contributes to a daily diet. The minimum dietary requirements are 2,000 calories per day.
All International Food Safety Standards are followed in the preparation of this corn flour from pure corn kernels. Corn flour is typically simple to digest, contains beneficial antioxidants, and can supply adequate protein and fiber, making it an excellent choice for nutrient-dense flour.
Himalayan Chef Corn Flour is a gluten-free substitute for white/wheat flour that may be used to thicken gravies, create tortillas, and other baked items without the use of inflammatory gluten. If you follow a vegan diet or anything similar, protein might be difficult to come by, which makes corn flour an especially useful alternative.

Good product and good merchant. It arrives on time.
I love all their flours, spelt, white, brown rice and now for the first time corn. It’s so nice to buy from a company that I can trust and whose ethics I like. Thank you WBM and Himalayan Chef
The corn flour is great to make corn muffins and corn cake but to make corn tortillas you have to cook the flour , is like sweet taste but I love the most because is organic definitely I’ll buy again
I learned after the order that corn flour is not the same as cornmeal. I still used a half measure of it with cornmeal and regular flour to make corn bread. It turned out so good! I have discovered a new way to make a lighter and more delicious version of my corn bread recipe.
the corn flour is fine and color is good! I would recommend it.
