FLUFFY CORN FLOUR PANCAKES RECIPE

  • In a mixing bowl, combine the corn flour, all-purpose flour, sugar, baking powder, and salt.
  • In a separate bowl, whisk together the milk, egg, and melted butter.
  • Gradually pour the wet ingredients into the dry ingredients while stirring. Mix until the batter is smooth and well combined.
  • Heat a non-stick pan or griddle over medium heat. Lightly grease it with butter or cooking spray.
  • Pour about 1/4 cup of the batter onto the heated pan for each pancake. Cook until bubbles form on the surface, then flip and cook the other side until golden brown.
  • Repeat with the remaining batter, adjusting the heat as needed to prevent burning.
