    • Set the oven to 3500 Fahrenheit (1750 C). Lightly grease a baking sheet.
    • Mix butter, sugar, and coconut oil in a big bowl and beat until frothy.
    • Add vanilla essence and egg yolks after mixing. Gradually incorporate the flour, baking soda, and baking powder; continue mixing until the dough barely comes together.
    • To fully integrate the ingredients, thoroughly mash the dough. Form dough into walnut-sized balls, and space them 2 inches apart on the baking sheet that has been prepared.
