KITCHEN TIPS!

SO EASY, EVEN A BEGINNER CAN COOK IT!
- In a heated oil add Himalayan Chef Fried Onions and tomato and cook until the oil separates from it.
- Mix the meat, yogurt, ginger, potatoes, garlic, and Himalayan Chef Biryani Masala in a deep pan and fry for 10 minutes.
- Add water (4 cups for beef/lamb, 2 cups for chicken). Cover the lid and cook over low heat until the meat is tender.
- Boil 3 liters (12 cups) of water, add Himalayan Chef Extra-Long Grain Basmati Rice and add 1.5 tsp of salt/ according to taste. Boil rice until it is 3/4 cooked & drain the water completely.
- Make layers of rice and beef curry and overbaked for 10 minutes. Mix before serving.

Basmati rice that is wonderful and realistic! I've only recently started using Target basmati rice, and today I opened my bag of it because I was out of my previous variety. This rice is not too white-bleached, and it has a great nutty aroma. The difference in colour and size was immediately noticeable. The flavour was just fantastic! I won't ever purchase cheap rice from the grocery store again, especially if it's bleached and processed. I've never tasted better basmati rice than this. The bag is perfect easy to open and close again.
