    • Mix 2 tbsp of Himalayan Chef Achar Gosht Masala and fill it with green chilies.
    • Add the remaining Himalayan Chef Achar Gosht Mix, yogurt, and meat to the heated oil. Stir fry for 7–10 minutes over high heat.
    • Add 2 to 3 cups of water. Cover and simmer on low heat until the meat is tender.
    • Then add tomato paste. Place green chilies on top of the meat and stir-fry for 5–6 minutes over high heat. 
    • Cook the gravy with a cover on low heat until the oil separates.
